Taylor Brooks Promoted to Grade Foreman
Ames Construction is proud to announce the promotion of Taylor Brooks to Grade Foreman after completing our Foreman in Training (FIT) program.
Taylor’s advancement reflects Ames Construction’s commitment to developing our people and building leaders from within. By investing in training, mentorship, and career pathways, we create opportunities for team members to grow and succeed.
We thank his mentors, Scott Grimstad and Brandon Philips, for their support throughout his journey.
Taylor started the program as an Operator in April 2024 and is currently working on the I-40 Pigeon River Emergency project in western North Carolina.
