Kaleb Olds Promoted to Carpenter Foreman, Achieves Journeyman Status
Ames is proud to announce the promotion of Kaleb Olds to Carpenter Foreman after completing our Foreman in Training (FIT) program. Earlier this year, he also achieved Journeyman status through his carpenter apprenticeship.
Kaleb’s advancement reflects Ames Construction’s commitment to developing our people and building leaders from within. By investing in training, mentorship, and career pathways, we create opportunities for team members to grow and succeed.
We thank his mentors, Blair Heller, Wayne Rudolph, and Matt Turner, for their support throughout his journey.
Kaleb joined Ames in March 2022 and is currently working on the U.S. 74 Shelby Bypass project in North Carolina.
