Lake Pleasant Water Treatment

This design-build project, located in the undeveloped desert on the outskirts of Phoenix, contained earth consisting of conglomerate and caliche. The earth materials required blasting to excavate more than 450,000 cubic yards of material for the final structural excavation. The project also included 140,000 cubic yards of site grading and 20,000 feet of underground process piping.
