Construction of seven evaporation, ash and sludge ponds covering an area of over 600 acres. Work included approximately 3,000,000 cubic yards of earthwork, installation of 60,000 linear feet of HDPE and welded steel piping, 12,000,000 square feet of HDPE pond liner, and structural concrete work.
