Synopsis of Work:

This design-build project includes approximately 11.5 miles of a four lane divided freeway through an urban and rural environment. This project includes six new major interchanges, and the reconstruction of three state and major crossroads. Included are twenty-nine new bridges, a major storm sewer upgrade, and water and sanitary sewer relocations.
