Synopsis of Work:

This project included the turnkey construction of an 18-hole Pete Dye designed golf course. The project also included construction of the practice area. The work included 550,000 cubic yards of earthwork, and construction of 156,000 square feet of greens, 91,000 square feet of bunkers, 214,000 square feet of tee areas, 1,000 square feet of timber walls, and 6,400 square feet of rock walls around ponds and water areas. Ames Construction work also included installation of the irrigation system, including the pump station, all irrigation mains, and laterals to sprinkler heads. The entire course was sodded, except for the tees and greens.
