Synopsis of Work:

Prime contract for this 18-hole golf course and community with 750 home sites. Construction of the 450-acre course and housing development area required moving 1,300,000 cubic yards of earth. Golf course length is 7,250 yards. Three streams run through the site, which required extensive erosion control, and stream protection measures. The project included construction of 1,800 linear feet of cast-in-place retaining walls that included a rock form liner and color system. Primary golf course features included 157,000 square feet of greens, 210,000 square feet of tees, and 150,000 square feet of bunkers. The irrigation system installed was a 2,200 head Herringbone Hardline system by Toro. Work also included 30,000 linear feet of colored concrete paths. The golf course architects were John Fought and Tom Lehman.
