Synopsis of Work:

Civil package for new Snowmass Village Base Resort. Project includes 310,000 cubic yards of earthwork, dewatering, backfill for buildings, 17,700 linear feet of underground pipe installation, 18,000 square feet of retaining walls and 7,500 square yards of asphalt and concrete paving.

The design-build portion of this project includes construction of two bridges. Preliminary design calls for both to be cast-in-place decks, one post tensioned.
